Your Right to Delete
At Sellvrix, you have the right to request deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time. This includes data collected via our platform and through Facebook Login.
When you remove Sellvrix from your Facebook Apps, or when you contact us directly, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
✅ We fully comply with Meta's Platform Terms regarding user data deletion requests.
Delete via Facebook Settings
The quickest way to remove Sellvrix data connected to your Facebook account:
💡 This removes only Facebook-connected data. To delete your full Sellvrix account and all data, use Method 2 below.
Request Full Data Deletion
To delete your entire Sellvrix account and all associated data, send us an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":
- Your full name as registered on Sellvrix
- The email address linked to your account
- Your Facebook Page name (if connected)
✅ We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Data We Will Delete
Upon a valid deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Your account information (name, email, phone number)
- All Facebook Page data and message history processed by Sellvrix
- Order records and customer interaction logs
- Payment verification history
- Token usage history and analytics data
- Any AI-generated content associated with your account
⚠️ Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription will be cancelled without refund for the remaining period.
Data We May Retain
In limited cases, we may retain certain data even after a deletion request:
- Transaction records required by Bangladeshi financial regulations
- Data needed to resolve ongoing disputes or legal claims
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
📋 Any retained data is kept only as long as legally required and is never used for marketing purposes.
